Team & roles

  • From your business page, open Team and click Invite — enter an email and pick a role. They'll get an email invitation to join.
  • Owner and Admin can reach everything, including team management and billing. Job-shaped roles see only what they need day to day:
RoleWhat they can do
OwnerFull control, including business settings and billing
AdminEverything except deleting or transferring the business
Sales managerAll sales documents, customers, items, payments and reports
Sales repCreate quotes, orders, invoices and receipts; manage customers; take payments
AccountantBanking, journals, chart of accounts, purchases, payments and reports
CashierRaise invoices and receipts, manage customers and record payments
Store managerItems, inventory, stock adjustments and purchases
  • Change anyone's role, or remove them, from the same Team page — an Owner can manage Admins too; an Admin can't remove another Admin or the Owner.

Billing & your plan

  • Every new business starts on a 14-day trial with everything unlocked, so you can try the full system before paying for anything.
  • Open Billing & plan (from your profile menu, top right) to compare plans and see what each one includes — toggle between monthly and yearly pricing there.
  • Upgrading to a plan with more than your current one takes effect immediately, whatever billing period you're on.
  • Downgrading, or just switching monthly ↔ yearly on the same plan, keeps what you already paid for — the change only takes effect on your renewal date. You'll see it as "Scheduled" on the Billing page, with the option to cancel it before it applies.
  • Moving down to a plan with fewer features — we'll tell you exactly what you'll lose access to (a module, a lower user limit, and so on) before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
  • The Starter (free) plan has a lifetime cap of 100 invoices, proforma invoices and quotations — sales orders, receipts, credit notes and retainer invoices don't count against it. Upgrading removes the cap.
  • Paid plans renew automatically via Paystack or Flutterwave. Click Cancel subscription to stop auto-renewal — you keep your plan until the current period ends, then move to Starter, and you're never charged again. If a card has expired, cancel and simply choose a plan again to start a fresh subscription with a new card.
  • If a renewal payment doesn't go through, you keep full access for a short grace period (default 7 days) while we email you about it — 7, 3 and 1 day before it's due, then on the day and a few days after. Renew any time during that window from the Billing page; after it ends, the business moves to the free Starter plan automatically.
  • Every successful renewal charge gets you a payment receipt and renewal confirmation by email, and cancelling sends a confirmation too.
