Does it work without internet? +
Yes. Once a device has been used online, the checkout keeps working offline. Sales are saved on the device with their time and shift, receipts still print, and everything uploads automatically when the connection returns.
How does the Shopify / WooCommerce sync work? +
Connect your store with an API key from the POS settings. Products become items (matched by barcode/SKU, so nothing is duplicated), store orders arrive as invoices with stock taken off, customers sync by email, and stock stays in sync both ways — a sale in your shop updates the store, and a stock change in the store updates your shop. You choose whether prices are managed in the store or here.
Is this a POS machine? +
No — it's POS software: the checkout, inventory, receipts and billing that run your shop on a computer or tablet. Keep using the card POS machine you already have from your bank or payment provider; the cashier records card payments at checkout, so every sale and its payment method is in your books.
Can I run more than one shop? +
Yes. Set up as many stores and registers as you need, give each store a warehouse, transfer stock between them, and see sales by store, register or cashier.
