Inventory & warehouses
- Set up Locations and Warehouses first — a business needs at least one to track stock properly.
- Stock moves automatically when a stock-tracked item appears on a payable document, or you can adjust it by hand from the item's page.
- Use a Transfer order to move stock between warehouses (dispatch, then receive at the other end), and a Move order for a simpler one-step internal move.
- Packages track items once they're boxed up for shipping — mark a package shipped, then delivered.
